Frequently asked questions
No, white letter tyres have black lettering on one side and white lettering on the other. If you order tyres only you will need to instruct your fitter on which side to show. If you order a wheel and tyre package from us, we will show whichever side you ordered.
The easiest way to check your current size is to read the numbers on the tyre sidewall. You’re looking for a number written like this: xxx/xxRxx. For example, 265/65R16 would indicate a tyre that is 265mm wide, with a sidewall height profile of 65% (meaning the sidewall height is 65% of the 265mm width) and a wheel diameter of 16 inches.
Tyre pressure is difficult to recommend as it varies according to vehicle, tyre and use. Our experts can help you determine the right pressures for your vehicle.
Yes, this is called the transport film – a blue wax coating that protects your tyres’ white lettering on their journey into us and subsequently onto you. It will soon come off when the tyres get used, or it can be washed off with soapy water.
