Alloy & steel wheels – lifetime warranty

When considering adding a brand to our website, we first ensure that this product passes the same quality control standards that we would use when we’re manufacturing for the OE market and as such offer a market-leading warranty.

*Please note that polished wheels are in fact diamond turned and then lacquered over the top. With the correct care package, this type of finish will last like all other finishes. Please see our wheel care section for further details.
Tyre warranty
At 4×4 Tyres we understand that in the unfortunate event of a warranty claim the last thing you need is a complicated, costly and time-consuming process to go through, and as such we are proud to say that we offer a market-leading warranty that far surpasses all others.
Unlike our competitors, we do not charge to have tyres collected to be independently inspected for warranty defects, this is something to be acutely aware of on the internet as a large number of e-retailers are EU based and the cost of returning the item normally outweighs the original purchase.
Should you believe there is an issue with your tyres, please notify 4×4 in writing within 48 hours from delivery or where the defect or failure was not apparent on reasonable inspection within 24 hours after the discovery of the defect or failure. We will respond to you within one working day and we will arrange for the goods to be collected and then sent off to be independently inspected.
Please note that the inspection process will involve cutting the tyre to inspect the integrity and so please be aware that goods cannot be returned to you.
All findings will be documented accordingly and you will be notified of the outcome directly, with us copied in.
Should a warranty claim be successful, you are refunded a percentage of the original purchase price based on the remaining tread depth left on the tyres. So for example, if you have used 50% of the tyre’s tread then you would be refunded 50% of the original cost of the tyre including delivery.
